About the role

1. Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet client and user requirements.
3. Create UI/UX designs that are highly innovative and easy to navigate, for web (desktop & mobile versions), mobile applications, and admin panels.
4. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experience.
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
7. Work closely with the cross-functional team members of product managers, designers, operations, to collaboratively UI/UX Design.
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years experience in related fields.
2. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
3. Skills in front-end development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs.
6. Good time-management skills.
7. Ability to troubleshoot using C#, HTML5 & CSS3 with web designers and web developers.
8. Have experience designing admin dashboards.
9. Have experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
