The university had no unified mobile platform for students. They faced delays, confusion, and a lack of centralized access to resources.

We began by engaging key stakeholders from IT, academic services, and student affairs to understand their current challenges.
Through requirement workshops and user interviews, we defined priorities for the student app such as real-time scheduling, digital student ID, and role-based access.
Our UX team mapped out the app’s structure focusing on intuitive navigation, minimal steps to access key tools.
We prioritized accessibility and Wireframes were validated with the client’s internal team before we moved into high-fidelity UI designs tailored to their brand and user expectations.
